$10 = 5 workouts you complete each week/ 3 weeks
$30 = 5 workouts you complete each week/ 3 weeks WITH Video Instruction
$90 = 5 workouts you complete each week/ 3 weeks WITH Video Instruction + 2 In-Person Sessions/ week

Wednesdays at 5am with Chelsea
