Rachel & Chelsea have some very BOLD summer goals!

 

Between the two (& a little help from Tony Tone), they've designed the strongest #glowup to their bodies ever.

 Experience the BOLD Body transformation, on your own, through our videos, OR with us during in-person trainings.  

Session I : 3 June - 23 June 

Session II : 24 June - 14 July 

Session III : 15 July - 4 August

Program Options:

$10 = 5 workouts you complete each week/ 3 weeks

 

$30 = 5 workouts you complete each week/ 3 weeks WITH Video Instruction

$90 = 5 workouts you complete each week/ 3 weeks WITH Video Instruction + 2 In-Person Sessions/ week

 

In-Person Schedule at Training Center:

Mondays at 7pm with Rachel 

Wednesdays at 5am with Chelsea 

Saturdays at 10:15am with Tony Tone
