This class is ALL booty focused! We will hit all aspects of your REAR ASSETS! Be prepared to waddle home after a variation of timed squats, lunges, pulses, kickbacks and MUCH MORE! Bring water and get ready to build that behind!
* = Lowest intensity, beginner friendly, NO floor work, NO jumping.
** = More challenging, possible floor work & jumping, exercises can be tailored to different fitness levels.
*** = Most challenging, some prior exercise experience preferred, definite floor work & jumping
