Ab Blaster **
Want to tone and strengthen your core? Then this is the class for you! Join for an hour of Ab Blaster that will leave you sweaty and your core burning. Exercises will target all areas of your core and can be modified for any fitness level or age. As we move through the hour we will focus on keeping our heart rates at optimal fat burning level, so that you tone and burn those calories. Mat, weights, and resistance bands will be used.
