It’s that time again! Fall is coming...which typically means the fitness #struggle gets real!!
Many times the holidays take such a toll on our overall goals that we thought it would be best to do some type of 90 day challenge...not just for us but for everyone! A way to maintain and even lose weight & help keep each other on track for these last 3 months of the year!!
The program is 3 months long and you can do each and every HIIT workout at home! We also include a fitness tracking calendar & water intake tracker. We also made sure to order new trendy water bottles that help you reach your water intake goals. Either way, you become part of our 90 Day Fitness Journey Facebook group. Where each week you can look forward to fitness friendships, accountability, and other instructors posting their tips.
