DAWN RAPP

Dawn has been with MVP Dance Fit since March 2015. She began as a Group Fitness Instructor, teaching strength and toning classes, and quickly began a Personal Training career when our Fitness Center opened up in January 2016. She is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as Weight Loss Consultant, with a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Sports & Biomechanics, and a focus on Exercise & Movement Science.

 

She truly enjoys helping others find their inner strength because it's not about what you can do in life that makes you strong, but in overcoming what you once thought you couldn't! She wants others to leave their limitations behind and break out of their comfort zones to reach new levels! Dawn is also a full-time Mommy to a little girl named Lexi who is her pride and joy. She said, "I love what I do because I can show her what it looks like to live that healthy lifestyle and how to have fun in doing so! Come join us!"

AMY ROBINSON

Amy teaches Zumba® Fitness classes at MVP. She has been teaching Zumba® for 7 years. In those seven years she has also acquired licenses in Zumba® Gold, Zumba®Kids/ Kids Jr, and Aqua Zumba®. This summer she is attending her third Zumba® Fitness convention where she will acquire a license in Strong by Zumba®.

 

Amy also uses her Zumba® skills to create charity events for all types of charities including Alzheimer's Association and YWCA women's shelter to name a few. Come join her in these fun, energy filled classes complete with great Latin flavor and lots of sweating and shakin' it!

Casie's passion for fitness all started while achieving her own personal health and fitness goals. It all started with a late-night Zumba class one Thursday night tat turned into personal training, group fitness classes, and a degree in exercise science. She specializes in working with special populations (cancer patients, pre/postnatal exercise, chronic illness, and those with over 50 lbs to lose). She also specializes in personal nutrition and wellness coaching. Casie always says your goals are her goals, and your success is her success!
