Starting June 5, 2023. Join our instructor Dani as she leads you through 8 weeks of movement practice, education and discussion with one goal in mind: helping you to define what wellness means to you. Each week you'll break down a "pillar of wellness" and look at how it relates to your life. You can choose from a range of workout programs, from 3, 4, or 5 day/week options to find what fits your schedule.


You'll also have the option to participate in developing movement habits to help you feel good and move well - long after this program is over. Every week you'll learn about a movement "vital sign" (taken from Doctor of Physical Therapy Kelly Starrett's new book Built To Move) and how to use movement patterns to keep your body "fit to fight."


The best part?You don't have to do it alone! You'll have the support of others around you who are just as motivated to "shift their mindset" to living their best lives on their terms. Participate in discussion, join each other for workouts, and lean on this community. Through these 8 weeks, watch your relationship with yourself and your wellness change, so that being "well" doesn't seem so impossible.
