Ab Blaster **

Want to tone and strengthen your core? Then this is the class for you! Join for an hour of Ab Blaster that will leave you sweaty and your core burning. Exercises will target all areas of your core and can be modified for any fitness level or age. As we move through the hour we will focus on keeping our heart rates at optimal fat burning level, so that you tone and burn those calories. Mat, weights, and resistance bands will be used.

Buns & Guns **

This hour long class will leaving you feeling burn in those glutes and arms. All exercises will target on chiseling the arm/upper body area and give you that lift and sculpt of the booty. Any exercise move can be modified for all fitness levels and ages. Equipment that will be used are mat, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, all of which are provided at the studio or you can bring your own. (Optional can bring ankle weights that can be used for booty work) Come join us 5:00am Mondays. Start your day and week out right!

Rear Assets **

This class is ALL booty focused! We will hit all aspects of your REAR ASSETS! Be prepared to waddle home after a variation of timed squats, lunges, pulses and kickbacks! Bring water and get ready to build that behind!

 

Power Fit *

This jammed pack hour of training will keep you moving and sweating. Each class is a different format and is designed to give you optimal calorie burning throughout. Using techniques such as muscle confusion, body weight exercises, plyometric, strength toning, and cardio this hour will sure to make sweat and come back wanting more. Weights, dumbbells, bands, and mats will be used for building lean muscle. Exercises can be modified for any fitness level.

S.C.U.L.P.T. *

This total body workout is designed around the idea of sculpting long and lean muscles. It combines cardio and strength training to keep you burning calories long after you are finished working out. Modifications are given to accommodate all fitness levels. Personal hand weights and mats recommended.

SWERK *- **

Sweat--Work--Twerk=SWERK!  This class combines current HipHop style dance moves with toning exercises to get one ROCKSTAR bod.  A true "lift your booty, love your body" class. No equipment needed.

SWERK Harder ***

This is NOT for whimps! Prepare for a crazy 600 calorie burn in this hour of fun and dancing. Using our favorite songs from the SWERK classes, we have added in some songs that are all toning based to get that muscle tone FASTER, while your heart rate is at it's peak.

If you are looking to sculpt your guns & boost your booty, this explosive one hour class is just for you! Tone and Tighten (T.N.T.) is a weight driven session focused to hit and pump all muscle groups. Exercise modifications are available.

ZUMBA® *-**

A dance inspired, aerobic workout based on interval training, Zumba® is a different party for everyone. This party-style, cardio pumping class is perfect for triathletes, couch potatoes, body builders, and weekend warriors. Exercise should be fun; Zumba® is fun and it’s fitness! What you put in is what you get out. Make it your own workout; pace yourself, remember to smile, and just keep moving. We also offer a unique class, appropriately named "Glute Pursuit", as it focuses on the lower body with lots of squats to target that booty. Unleash your inner dancing queen and join a Zumba® class today!

HIIT Fit **

High Intensity Interval Training class, designed to be high cardio to facilitate weight loss. You will go between rounds of cardio and toning exercises doing each move for 20 seconds as hard as you can, and then resting for 10 seconds. It will end with a Pilates core strengthening sequence, and a deep stretch to mend muscles and facilitate recovery.
