Mat Pilates is a workout designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles using bodyweight exercises, pulses, and holds. In our classes at MVP, you’ll also incorporate light weights, resistance bands, or no equipment at all to build stability and endurance. Think of it as a workout that sculpts your muscles while also helping you move better in your daily life.
