May is right around the corner! Spring in Ohio is the season of fresh starts—longer days, brighter moods, and finally shaking off that winter slump! If you’ve fallen out of your workout rhythm (hey, it happens to the best of us), now’s the perfect time to reset.
That’s why we’re inviting you to try our Spring Reset Challenge: a 21-day commitment to rebuild your fitness foundation and feel amazing by the time summer rolls around!
What is the Spring Reset Challenge?
It’s not about going all-out or making extreme changes. This 3-week challenge is all about:
✅ Rebuilding consistency
✅ Reconnecting with your goals
✅ Reigniting your motivation
✅ Recharging your body and mind
This challenge is perfect for you if:
You’ve been inconsistent with workouts
You’re coming out of a busy or stressful season
You want to feel strong, focused, and energized heading into summer
Join us each week as we focus on a different theme! Here's how it works:
Week 1: Reset Your Routine
Commit to 3–4 group fitness classes this week
Set a simple morning or nighttime ritual (stretch, hydrate, quick walk)
Clean out your gym bag and refresh your playlist
Week 2: Fuel & Recover
Prioritize recovery (hello foam rolling and post-class stretching!)
Try prepping one healthy meal or snack per day
Focus on hydration—aim for at least 80 oz of water daily
Week 3: Level Up Your Mindset
Set a short-term fitness goal and share it with a friend or coach
Try a new class you’ve been curious about
Journal or reflect: how do you feel now vs. when you started?
Tips to Stay on Track:
Grab a challenge buddy for accountability
Track your progress on a printable or app
Celebrate small wins (made it to class even when you didn’t feel like it? HUGE.)
