Starting a new fitness routine can feel overwhelming, especially when you have so many options. If you’ve ever looked at a class schedule and thought, “Where do I even begin?” you’re not alone.


At MVP Dance Fit, we’ve designed our classes, programs, and events to meet you exactly where you are: whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your routine.

Start with Classes

If you’re new to group fitness, classes are the best place to begin. They offer structure, energy, and guidance so you don’t have to think. Just show up and move!

  • Dance fitness (like SWERK): Perfect if you want a high-energy workout that feels more like fun than fitness

  • Mat Pilates: A great low-impact option to build strength, improve flexibility, and ease into movement

These classes are designed for all levels, so you can jump in without feeling intimidated.

Looking for Results? Try a Program

If you’re someone who thrives with structure and goals, our fitness programs are for you!

Programs like 6 Weeks to a Perky Peach combine strength training, cardio, and at-home workouts to help you stay consistent and see real progress. You’ll know exactly what to do each week—no guesswork required.

We also offer downloadable fitness programs you can follow on your own schedule, making it easier than ever to stay on track. This program specifically starts on April 9! You've got a few more days to get signed up!
