Believe it or not, most people aren’t skipping workouts because they’re lazy.. they’re simply overwhelmed. Between work, kids, schedules, and the mental load of everyday life, fitting in a full workout can feel like one more thing on an already full plate. And when it feels like you can’t do it perfectly, it’s easy to not do it at all. But what if your fitness routine didn’t have to be all-or-nothing? What if 10 minutes was enough to get started?

For years, the fitness industry pushed the idea that workouts had to be long, intense, and perfectly structured to “count.” That mindset is starting to shift, and for good reason.


Because the truth is:

  • You don’t need an hour to move your body

  • You don’t need the “perfect” routine

  • You don’t need to wait for more time


You need something that actually fits into your life. This is where simple fitness comes in.

Can 10-Minute Workouts Actually Work?

Short answer: yes. 10-minute workouts can:

  • Improve your mood

  • Help build consistency

  • Support strength and endurance over time


Are they the same as a full-length class? Not exactly. But they’re powerful for one reason: they remove the barrier to starting. And consistency will always matter more than perfection.

We hear it constantly at MVP: “I didn’t have time, so I skipped it.” But skipping entirely is what breaks momentum, not doing less. A 10-minute workout can keep you in the habit, build discipline and reinforce your identity as someone who shows up! It's not about doing everything. It's about doing something!

We created these for the days when you can’t make it to the studio, your schedule changes last minute, or when you only have 10–20 minutes to spare. Now, you can press play and move your body—anytime, anywhere.

We’ll always be honest with you, there is nothing like the energy of a full MVP class. The music, the community, the structure… it’s where the magic happens. So when you can stay the full time, we want you there. We want you to feel that energy and push yourself. But when you can’t? We’d rather you show up for 10 minutes than not at all.
