But winter is actually one of the most important seasons to stay consistent, not just for your fitness goals, but for your mood, energy, and mental health.

Here are six practical, trainer-approved ways to keep moving all winter long!

1. Set Smaller, Winter-Specific Goals

Winter goals shouldn’t look the same as summer goals. Instead of aiming for major physique changes, focus on consistency.Think of goals such as:

2. Prep Like You’re Heading Into a Snowstorm
